One week survival..

My sister, another Moo Moo, congratulated me. I have survived one week in my new place. However on the down side, my pig brother booed me. I had to bring work home to do. So there goes the work life balance I am suppose to have when I am here. And it's just my first week. So if I have to grade myself I will give myself a B. (Now I sound like the moonlighting reunion drama).

Saturday I went to Jurong Water park with friends. It's a small scale of Sunway Lagoon and entrance fee is only S$2.00. We had ourselves a splash! Then my friend treated me to lunch at her house and send me home with a plastic bag of plums. So NICE! Anyway when I went home, clothes washed and outside sunning away. Dunno how I should feel about it. When I mentioned it to Moo Moo cow, my landlady washes my clothes, she said it's an invasion of privacy. Well, maybe to an extent, but I really don't mind since I am the queen of Sloppiness. She even washed my smelly pillow, now pillow no more smelly. Later in the night, they bring me to Jurong (yes again!) to attend some Open house celebration. A lot of artist turned up but I don't get the hype. Probably cause they are Media Corp artist not TVB artist. Highlight of the show is the MP came over and shocked all our hands. Fancy that!!! And I haven' t even shock my home country's MP hands.

Things start to look bright and sunny here. The only thing that could have made it better is for her kids to stop calling me aunty. No matter what I said or do, the kids call me aunty, aunty and aunty. Every 'aunty' I heard, I aged 10 years. Now I think I am close to 1000 years old already...
